Step 1 - Chart dates
The last chart date for each horse record is shown in the list. For quick reference the date will be red if date is within or past the next appointment due date.
Chart Email Delivery Reports
Once a chart has been sent an event log dropdown will be visible at the top of the chart view. Possible log events are listed below. Logs are updated during app sync, there can be a small delay before these are available due to email delivery and event logs being managed via 3rd party partner.
Queued - chart has been queued to send on next app sync
Sent - chart email has been sent successfully
Delivered - chart email has been received by the customers email server.
Opened - customer has opened and read the chart email.
Complaint - the customer has reported email as spam - this will block any future emails being delivered to the address. Please contact us on support@pimburydentalapp.com to remove from the suppression list if that is a mistake.
Delivery Delay - the email has not yet been delivered, reasons may include: receiver's email address not available or accepting emails due to mailbox full, email address not existing/incorrect. This should update at a later time to successful delivery or bounce.
Bounce - Email rejected by receivers email host, this may be due to full mailbox, incorrect address, address in on suppression list due to previous complaint, or other rejection by receiver.
Notification Section Redesign
This section has been redesigned to make managing notifications easier and more efficient.
Dark notifications are sent and/or over the notification period, as set your account settings.
Light notifications are unsent, these can be manually sent to the customer.
Edit - allows for dismissing multiple notifications, Dismiss All - will remove all dark sent notifications.
Search Bar - Easily search for a horse or client name.
