This slider is not shown if the horse has a previous dental chart stored. The date from he most recent chart will be recorded automatically on the chart.
Note: iPad will show n/a for if charts present from before update.

Sedation
Attending Veterinarian
Attending Veterinarian details can be added if sedation not administered by Dental provider. Practice records can be added and managed in the contacts section.
Veterinarian's name can be added in text field.
Sedation types:
Standard text entry or select pre-saved sedation types.
These can be added in the Account Settings > Sedations section.
