Chart Preview and Notes
Here you have a chart preview as completed so far.
Tap the Notes section on the left to add any extra notes, these are added to the completed chart on the bottom right section.
Using the PasteBoard app can be helpful here. More information is available here on integrating the Pasteboard App.
